The Association of Friends of Letters and Arts of Kavala, in collaboration with the Municipality of Kavala, are organizing a contemporary art exhibition at the municipal tobacco warehouse, entitled: “Artistic May 2016”, from Monday 23 May to Friday 3 June 2016. Thirty artists will present their works from Kavala and the rest of Greece. Due to the large number of artists, the event will take place in two groups. With the first group, from 23 to 27 May 2016, the artists: ANTHAKIS LOIS, APOSTOLIDOU KALLIROY, VYZOVITIS CHRISTOS, ZIOGA ASPA, IOANNOU ELENI, KALAFATI ELENI, KARAKITSOS KOSTAS, KOLOZOF STAVROS, KOUKMA EFI, KOUKMAS GI ORGOS, BEKIARIS DINOS, NEGOGLOU HARIS, PATSIDIS GIORGOS, TSIPOUROPOULOU SOFIA, FANTINI CLARA.
With the second group, from May 30 to June 3, 2016, the artists exhibit:
KOSTAS KAMARGIANIS, CHRISTOS KARAKITSOS, MANOS DIMITRIS, MARANGOUDAKIS YIANNIS, MITROGLOU ANTHIS, DINENI ANGELIKI, PAVLOPOULOU MARILENA, SAMAROUDIS NIKOS, SAPOUNZI MYRTO, STAGIDIS DIAMANTIS, TASSIAKIS YANNE IS, TASIAKIS SOTOS, TSAFI ANTIGONI, CERLIGA TATIANA, NIKOS CHATZIGEORGIADIS (Nikos Chatzi).
The opening of the exhibition will take place on Monday, May 23, 2016 at 8:30 p.m. HOURS OF OPERATION: 10am-2pm and 7pm-9.30pm (On the weekend the exhibition will remain closed).
